Looking back at the spectacular route we took to get to the light house at Cap Formentor on the northern tip of Mallorca.

FOG joined Stephen Roche, one of only two men to win the Triple Crown (Giro d'Italia, Tour de France, and World Championships in the same year) in Mallorca. The other of course was Eddy Merckx.
Stephen was one of the early orginators of cycling camps and we can highly recommend his company.

Cross Is Coming
Manitoba's longest continuously running cyclocross race, CrossTastic, takes place Sunday October 15th at Whittier Park. The 14th edition hosts the Manitoba Provincial Cyclocross Championships. Come out and cheer on the competitors or better yet take part yourself! read more >
